Yes, you're right. For a guy on disability and trapped in
his apartment due to his obesity, I don't think it's reasonable

He would need an increased income to do that. Clearly his present
income can't cover his debts. The idea of Bobadil "trying" is quite a
stretch as well. He's a parasite.

I must have missed that day when they explained how an imperfect
financial history and one's credit are unrelated.

Do you know how tax standings effect credit ratings?
