As I said, it doesn't list draft. The item called "Depth" is not the same as draft. It
is measured from the deck to the bottom of the hull, though it depends on the design of
the boat. In your case it doesn't include the keel or coach. Remember that the "tonnage"
is a measure of volume, not weight, so the freeboard gets included.

http://www.uscg.mil/hq/msc/t3/cg5397/cg5397.pdf

DEPTH (D) is the vertical distance taken at or near amidships from a line drawn
horizontally through the uppermost edges of the skin (outside planking or plating) at the
sides of the hull (excluding the cap rail, trunks, cabins and deckhouses, and deck caps)
to the outboard face of the bottom skin of the hull, excluding the keel. If your vessel is
designed for sailing and the interface between the "keel" and the "bottom skin of the
hull" is not at a clearly defined location (as is the case with an "integral" or "faired"
keel), include the keel in the depth measurement.

Look at your certificate again, booby. It doesn't list the draft at all.

Jeff, it lists the following specs:

Gross Tonnage-8 GRT, Net Tonnage-7NRT, Length-31.4, Breadth-10.3, Depth-5.0
The depth is listed in the upper right of the certificate. It's in front of me
as I write.

at
the end of August. I produced the low budget feature and payed a 3rd of

it.
That's more than you paid for your boat, Donal.

How much does a low budget feature cost?

It depends on the "low budget." Ultra low cost features are generally under a
million. Our next feature is 3 million and that's still VERY low budget.

Good Gawd Bob.... that's the budget of a weekly series produced up here....
ever heard of "Trailer Park Boys"???

beyond Salaries for big stars, TV Sitcoms are not that expensive to shoot.
Shows like ER clock in under a million, before you pay the talent-rape
contracts!
Just imagine that the original Star Trek Series cost 140K per episode complete!
Twilight Zone episodes were less than half of that!
Far better TV for far less money.

Why don't you work on some "medium budget" movies?
