Express to toe stubbing!

I take it back! This express has the added double lifelines, though only in the
center! I guess nobody could fall off anywhere else!
On the C&C, the stanchion bases are clear of the deck and walkways. Note the
toe stubbing stanchion bases of the Express. Not exactly a sailors boat, now is
it?
