Gore was more of a conservative than Bush could ever be. He helped prove the
difference between blind partisanship and real policy.

That money would have been far better spent on "protection" here. Saddam lacked
the ability to launch any kind of attack against us from Iraq. He STILL has the
ability to launch small, but deadly terrorist attacks, just as before. We need
the money spent here, on our own ground, for security. Bush made the US a
muslim enemy. He has given them strength and even worse, RESOLVE against us.
He (and you) do NOT understand the enemy and think cowboy antics will win.
All moneys should be focused on better, more advanced security here. Period.
