If you watched the video it would be clear to you that there was no
"invasion" and the shooter was unharmed.
Simply the fact that he had the opportunity to go get another gun and
come back to chase the girl shows this was not self defense.
If you applied the same standard that most mortals in Maryland need to
adhere to, the question would be, "why didn't you just lock the door
and call the police"
Florida has been much more diligent in prosecuting these things than
Maryland so you need to reevaluate your rants.
This was a cop getting a break from other cops and nobody has called
them on it because white people are not a protected class.
Bear in mind, the police decided Zimmerman was simply defending
himself too ... until the Sharpton crowd made a racial case out of it.
Now any black person who gets shot by a white person is a national
story. If they just get shot by another black person, it won't even
make page 27 of the local news.
Of course the cops in a Florida redneck town with a long history of
racism aimed at blacks decided Zimmerman was simply defending himself.
The fact that he had called the cops BEFORE he was assaulted by Martin
and the fact that he had obvious injuries made it pretty clear he was
attacked and that he was defending himself.
The jury agreed. Get over it.
The cops and the DA made the right decision that night. A year of
bull**** and pontificating by everyone from newscasters to POTUS did
not change anything. There was a trial and a jury agreed with the
initial assessment.
You notice DOJ has done nothing and there was never a civil suit. If
that happened, all of the evidence about what a thug Martin really was
would be fair game.
It seems to be lost on you that both Martin and Jordan Davis were out
of control juvenile delinquents who were so bad that their mothers
could not handle them anymore and they were sent to live with their
estranged fathers, who did not seem willing to actually try to control
them.
Statistically they were both destined to die young, in a pool of
blood. The only thing that was unusual was that it was a white person
who shot them.
Factual and very well said.
