I saw it and it is clear this cop knows how to testify. I did wonder
how his Walther suddenly became a Glock. Was he carrying 2 guns?

He did seem to be trying to justify shooting at a fleeing vehicle.

He ran out of ammo in one and got the other from his closet, IIRC.
