handling/shooting an identical or very similar model first to make sure
it is suitable for my intended purpose.

You should really go to Sharpshooters and see the collection of guns for 'rent' at $10/hour, or
longer if you wish.

I'm not the one who ordered a pistol after you were advised the trigger
