You find one example of 'uncaring' care (based on one person's word) and pretend that is an
indictment of US health care.
I went twice with my daughter for her chemo after her mastectomy. No long waiting, very pleasant
surroundings, very courteous personnel, in and out with no muss no fuss. We spent the time talking
and had a nice time, especially considering the reason we were there.
Oh, and we were met with a pleasant, "Good morning"!
