He was not found guilty of murder. He should have been.

who brought up the possibility of a 60-year sentence. I wanted him
convicted for the crime he committed: murder.

The bozo shot into a car of teenagers and killed one of them. There is
no disputing that. There is NO evidence whatsoever that any of the teens
were armed with a weapon or even that any of them got out of their car.

You have stated many times that you would have no problem shooting through your front door to
kill someone who you believe may remotely present a threat to you. You are just a wannabe
