Yeah, one clear question and I asked it twice.. but I can see why
nobody
will answer it.

It has been answered many, many times. Scott. Anytime you see the front
wheel turned radically in the *direction* of the turn ... like the guy
riding slowly in circles with no hands ... or one of your pictures of a
dirt bike in a slide with the front wheel turned radically in the
direction of the slide is *NOT* counter-steering. By definition and
simple word association "counter" means "in the opposite" or "against"
the norm.

No, it's been dodged several times though... I will ask it one more time:

So, you are clearly saying when I asked the question.. "If I go in a
circle with no hands, what is it called" that:
1) You knew the answer was countersteering.
2) Although you mocked and suggested going in a circle with no hands
would put you on the pavement, you actually knew it was in fact
possible?

John has already refused to answer several times, you can't dodge for
him here... It's a simple question...

1. It is *not* counter-steering.

But wait? You said you can't take a corner without countersteering?

2. I don't recall saying going slowly in a circle with no hands will
put you on the pavement, although it will if you are not skilled.

You did...
I
know that can be done. There is no gyroscopic precession forces being
generated (or not enough to straighten the bike up) at that speed. But
again, it's *not* counter steering. It's simply balancing your speed to
the angle of the front wheel and maintaining it.

Yup, determined that yesterday when I realized it was relative to the
gyroscopic plane developed by the rotation.. guess that just went over
your head, but you sure do cut and paste well...

Once you accept that fact that you are erroneously using the term
"counter-steering" when applying it to steering or turning the front
wheel in the direction of the turn, we'll start making some progress in
your rehabilitation.

Again, explained that was simply miscommunication, and just another
excuse... like mocking, and giving wrong answers like suggesting you
can't take a bike in a circle with no hands. and yes, you and hank were
clear about that....
