You are missing the point. I'm not discussing the stupid SYG law as law,
but as the excuse armed morons in your state (and others) think of when
they decide to shoot up a car full of loud and maybe obnoxious kids or a
kid walking through a neighborhood. The law obviously lowers the
standard of the concept of self-defense.
If they stick anything out the window that looks like a gun these days,
you better assume it is a real gun! With all thise loud, obnoxious kids
these days doing drive by shootings, you may be on the wrong end of the gun.
