I think Corey has reached too far again. This is probably a decent 2d
degree case but I don't think they have proved premeditation.

tripod out the window pretending that it was a shotgun and saying they
were going to kill Dunn, he might walk
A lot was made about the number of shots he fired but O'mara made an
interesting point commenting on CNN. When cops shoot, they usually
empty their gun and they are supposed to be trained professionals.
Hey, it's stand your ground Florida. Everyone knows it's OK for white
racists to shoot and kill black teenagers there, right?
I guess I'm a nobody. because I didn't know that. Come to think about it, I don't know of anybody that's not twisted in the head that would.
