I ... went to Thunderbird, mainly
because of you. :-)
I am thinking about trying T bird for my E mail client.
AOL is starting to get cranky with me because I still use AOL 7.0
They can't make me watch their ads on 7.
AOL 9.x looks like Yahoo with a screen full of crap I am not
interested in.
I like Thunderbird. I had used it years ago on other computers.
I've tried different versions of Agent but never liked them much.
Thunderbird works just fine for both email and newsgroups and made John
happy because it conforms to newsgroup protocol in terms of how it
handles signatures. :-)
I am OK with Agent for usenet but I am not really fond of it for E
mail. I do have 3 accounts running on it tho but they are very low
volume. (2 for HOA stuff and the one connected to my web site)
I guess I will try T Bird.
My email is MS Outlook, and I think it's grand. As long as the .pst file is transferred from one
computer to another, all works well.
