It is usually their quest for "freedom" that keeps them from gainful
employment, keeps them from going to shelters and what got them
kicked
out of the Army.

case workers with at least bachelors degrees in social work and

knowledge of the plight of the homeless gained from your years of
working directly with hundreds or even thousands of homeless folks.

if those Educated, DR. Dr. Dr. soial workers were worth a ****, why do
we have so many street people? Why are they street people, alcoholic,
drug users forever? Most people with a Psch. degree went in to the
field to find out why they, themselves, are screwed up. How many cure
themselves?
Perhaps you should just chalk up my posts on this matter as an
experiment of mine to see who in wrecked.boats had a black heart.
