Default Whitewater Symposium features "Into the Tsangpo Gorge"

Dave Manby typed:

Recommend this to everyone. But having seen it a few times I must admit
the best show was Allan Ellard fresh off a flight from the UK and Mike
Abbott's unrehearsed two man presentation of the story in the old cinema
in Murcheston New Zealand on New Years eve. The Kiwi/Brit version had
far less of the Hyped commentary the US version has. This just might be
a language thing - see the thread of the "Best White Water helmet". IMHO
the only time the American use of superlatives has been justified is
"The GRAND canyon"

Holy mackeral, Dave! You have somehow stumbled upon the AMAZING
discovery that the citizens of different countries express themselves
in different ways! This is incredible! This is phenomenal! This is
fantastic! Have you considered submitting a paper to the Journal of
Comparative Linguistics? (^BD

OK, OK; computer programming for scientific research also matters.
