I'd kill it to, seeing it's not a 'woodland creature'. But even if it was a 'woodland creature' I'd kill it anyhow.
I leave the native snakes alone but these are invasive exotics and you
are supposed to kill them.
So are Canada geese. They're just not very friggin' exotic.
