How about fishing?

Don't know, John. On both islands Oahu and Kauai, I saw guys with buckets
of stuff on the beach. They had some pretty stout rods casting out into
the ocean, but I didn't see anybody reeling anything in. I imagine the
real fishing is further out.

They catch Blue Trevally off the shore at times. I only caught small fish
when I have shore fished in the Islands.
