We used to body surf waves twice that high at Barbars Point in Hawaii!
Not twice that height,
more like 6 to 8 feet high.

I heard the north Shore in Hawaii was way to large to surf this week.

The "professional" surfers are always traveling the world looking for wave events. Even 45
years ago in Hawaii the North Shore would attract lots of surfers when the wind and waves
were up.
