That's because they were all growed up when they emigrated to the U.S.

I think the Bieb is going to grow up pretty fast if he spends a few
days, weeks or months in a Miami jail. Florida gets pretty serious
about pills, pot and DUI. He is damned lucky if he was not carrying
any of them.

He'll be out today. DUI is a misdemeanor. And it's his first offence.
Didn't hear they found drugs on him.
