Funny you mentioned Coinjock. I am sitting here half watching, half
listening to the Patriots/Broncos game while converting old VHS video
tapes to digital files. The one I am working on right now is our visit
to Coinjock. I wonder if they still serve those Fred Flintstone sized
Prime Ribs.

They did two years ago when we passed through the last time north. I
no longer order the really big one however. It's just too much for
one meal and really doesn't warm up all that well.
In addition to my brother who was a combination first mate and chief
cook and bottle washer, I had two friends with us for part of the trip.
One was a 70 something lifelong boater but had never made "the trip".
I invited him to go and he damn near tripped over himself to accept.
We *all* ordered the humungous sized prime rib at Coinjock. We were
eating steak and cheese sandwiches for days after until we demanded my
brother throw the rest of the leftovers away.
