Why? It's spectacular news! It says nothing about having reduced the
number of guns, but it does say
something about getting kids off the street and into summer jobs.
I'll bet if they got them back in
school, educated them, and convinced fathers to raise their kids, the
number of murders would go
down even more!

It's also interesting that Illinois became the last state in the
nation to pass a concealed carry law. Took effect in July, 2013.
