John, have you ever tried a Ruger LC-9? I had a chance to shoot one
this morning and was very impressed with its light weight, small size
and smooth trigger pull. Recoil was not bad either considering how
small and light it is.


A friend has one that he carries in a pocket holster. It's a tad bigger and about an ounce heavier
than the Sig P938, but I liked the trigger pull on the Sig a lot better. And, although it shouldn't
play a part, I know, I really liked the 'M1911' looks of the P938. This is the one I got:

With the seven round magazines, there is an additional 'finger rest' at the bottom of the grip.

The LC9 is also a double action only, and I'll not have another one of those in a semi-auto.
