BTW, the spring semester at UCONN starts in about two months. Maybe you
could sell that motorbike and use the proceeds to send your daughter to
college. Storrs is what, about 25 miles away? How bad could tuition and
fees be for a commuting student?
He needs to collect rent from 4 different "deadbeat renters" in 5 years
first.
One in five years is understandable. Maybe even two. But four in five
years seems a little unusual. Maybe there's something screwy with the
common denominator involved with these rentals.
