I know, I don't know how they do it, but they do. These people were GOOD
at it! Even after employment and credit checks, I'm a pretty good judge
of character, and they seemed very sincere, etc. Then, just the way they
went about it in the next few months, you knew they were professionals
at it. I called the husband one day to tell him to pay or else, and he
cited the laws to me!! The laws tend to protect only the renter.
