We already know what happens in 200 MPH winds, but the Phillipines have
a lot of buildings that aren't built to any code.

No, I didn't say that.

One of the guys I worked with here was a flight engineer on a
hurricane hunter and I can assure you, there were crews here who
really wanted to fly that storm. If we were still at Clark, they would
have had the chance.



There's really not much to be had from going into the storm in a plane
except for meteorological data. It won't do anything to analyze what
will happen when it hits a land mass and buildings.
