Have to admit. Sometimes your logic baffles the mind.

Are the addicts "still on Market St." the same people who were there
10-15 years ago? Do addicts live to the ripe old age of 95?


We are seeing the grandkids and great grandkids of the 60s hippies now
with a government welfare policy that still supports that lifestyle
although they have lost most of that peace and love stuff.
They are just bums now.

That's the point that Bill just doesn't get. Drug addicts, like
population in general re-populate.
