That's certainly the predictions.

I don't understand something though ... and this isn't political. (I
have little interest in who Virginia elects as governor).

MSNBC is reporting that McAuliffe is leading (based on exit polls) with
15 percent of precincts reporting.

Yet, when you go to the Virginia.gov website that shows real-time vote
counts, it shows Cuccinelli is currently in the lead 50.7% to 41.9%
with
over 36 percent of precincts reporting.

I think there should be no exit polls published until all voting
precincts
are closed!

The exit poll results weren't released until after the polls closed. I think that's a law.

MSNBC released their exit poll results immediately after the polls closed
and were showing McAuliffe in the lead even through the actual counted
votes initially showed Cuccinelli substantially ahead.

I am referring to a lot of elections that span states. Make sure someone
in a Western time Zone is not influenced. Happened in the Bush - Gore
Florida election. What about other states having elections at the same
time. There is no problem with freedom of speech, just a delay until all
polls are closed. Nothing is censored.
