Yup, windows 7 is great. Wife hates Windows 8, we are going to revert
her new box back...
As to the phone, I don't know what one that is, but even an entry level
smart phone is useful if you start to use the stuff on it... For me,
mostly for shopping for parts, etc, and other navigation... Sometimes I
use the camera too.
What does she hate about Win 8? After I learned it, I really like it.
Boots in about a tenth of the time of Win 7, programs open better,
memory usage is much better, a lot of nice apps, less intrusive updates,
and on and on.
