Did I say that? The indians on the reservations do have a big problem
with unemployment and substance abuse tho, just like everyone else who
lives off the welfare state.

So NOW everyone who is on welfare has "substance abuse". I really didn't
know you were as bigoted as John! But it's all coming together now!

Learn to read dummy. He didn't say everyone who is temporarily receiving
welfare assistance is a substance abuser. Read all the words in a
sentence for a change.
