The US Park Service has closed the ocean.
Biscane bay and most of Florida bay is closed.

It takes a lot more manpower to keep people out than it would to keep
it open. In fact it was the Florida Wildlife Service and the Collier
Sheriff's department that does most of the law enforcement in the
10,000 islands anyway.
