I know more than enough about servers to know you don't have a clue
about what NOAA servers are offline due to shutdown.
It's not that complicated... Running these servers doesn't take much,
shutting parts down without loosing the whole system and leaving the
remaining parts functional is probably pretty much impossible ad just
would make no sense when all they have to do is put up one redirect page
and morons like you will think the world is coming to an end...
