I travel to Baltimore several times a month and have for many years, and
Baltimore Harbor is a frequent destination for boaters on Chesapeake
Bay, as is Annapolis and many spots on the Eastern Shore.

Never encountered MadCow anywhere. Nice try, though, little ****.
