Florida and Texas, both with Republican governors, are two of the
"leading states" for illegal importation of drugs.

That's just transfer points for the wholesaler. The shootings are at the
retail level.

Not like Mexico. Our problem with cartels here in Calif. is the grow ops
in National forests. Lots of toxic pesticides, and people hating hikers.
