and most have democratic leadership. Dispute that.

Do you mean like Miami?

Florida and Texas, both with Republican governors, are two of the
"leading states" for illegal importation of drugs.

That's just transfer points for the wholesaler. The shootings are at the
retail level.

Texas has a lot of problems along the border tho.
