In certain circumstances. Hammers are for nails but they're used to
bang on a whole lot of things that don't require banging.

In cases involving human beings confronting one another, they're
mainly used inappropriately for the wrong or bad purpose.

They should then be banned. Confiscation of hammers should begin immediately.
