You want schools to hire better trained guards and perimeter control at
the same time they are laying off teachers, eh? Oh and that one entrance
thingie? Schools have glass windows. No problem with a guy with a gun to
shoot his way in.

Many of the teachers should be out-right fired rather than layed off.
