This was not a public road and Martin was not a resident.

In fact there are plenty of condos that would require guests like both
Martins actually be registered with the condo assn after a few days.,
Yes, each building in that complex was a condo and the condo assns
were consolidated under a master HOA that manages the common grounds.
That is Florida law

On the other hand sitting on someone and beating the **** out of them
is illegal, just about anywhere.
