Martin had none.

But Martin was committing a "forcible felony" (aggravated assault)

What was Martin arrested for again?

Even if he was arrested, the records would most likely be sealed as he was
a minor.

Booger is setting the bar for malfesence very high. No actual arrest then nothing bad
happened.
