Right after he finished a run. Not a great sales job for running if
you are going to die in
"middle" age.

I think some people are just predisposed to heart attacks. I had a
good friend in his early 50's who exercised, ate right, and ran at
least 5 miles a day.
He was in apparent excellent health until we received a phone call
from his wife one morning. He had a massive heart attack in the
middle of the night and was gone in a matter of minutes.
