My guess is that PsychoSnotty is a participant in some kiddie motorbike
racing discussion group where he's insulted so many other posters that
someone said to him, "hope your kid buys it in the next race," and that
he's just using that sort of insane response in here.

That is, if the kid is still racing. He hasn't posted much about the
kid's success or lack of same in some time.
