That particular area of the city, and a couple of others, are pretty
grim and have been for many decades. I haven't lived in New Haven as an
actual resident for about 50 years, but I do visit several times a year.
I don't drive on that part of Goffe Street.

That the police patrol Goffe Street is indisputable.
