My point was directed at folks who are saying "they did not find him
*innocent*, just not guilty" are some of the same folks who demanded we
accept the OJ verdict twenty some odd years ago...



Accepting the verdict and believing justice was done are not the same
thing. I was at a conference in Chicago, attending regional meetings of
a mostly black labor union, when the OJ verdict was announced in the
murder trial. No one at our lunch table, and I was the only "whitey"
there, thought OJ should have walked. He was found not guilty but
justice was not done.
