Default wont idle at low speed or run at full throttle

In article ,
says...

I have a 2004 Bass Tracker Pro Team 185 with a 90hp Mecury 3 carb. I
made the mistake and let my boat sit up for 2 years without running it
at all. I just pulled it out and dumped all the gas and cleaned the line
of all the fuel.
The boat would start but I had to keep hitting the primer key (now I
know that was just feeding it straight fuel). My friend helped me take
down the carbs and clean them and to my surpise they were not dirty at
all. On the other hand the oil smelled rotten and was stick (I didn't
know oil would go bad either) so the carbs were cleaned of all that old
sticky/stinky oil keeping the carbs from opening and 5 gal. of primium
gas was put in with sea foam. In the driveway the boat ran fine, idled
great and in netrual was very responsive.
Today I took the boat out and at first it started ok and was alright.
Then I tried opening her up...I always have slowly accelerated until
full throttle but at 1/2 throttle the boat just started going and at
full throttle it was like she was running at half speed. Then she would
jult and fly like she is suppose to an then bogged back down and did
this for a little while. I thought it was just cleaning out the bad gas
and getting used to running again but she never would open up and just
fly...
Then after running around and trying to burn through the 1st full tank
of primium gas and getting down to a 1/4 tank I banked her and we went
swimming. After about 2hrs of cooling down and now ready to run around
again it took forever to get started and she wouldn't idle very well or
stay running in neutral, and again at full throttle was only running at
half speed.
I have read several posts on here that say to check plugs, wires, fuil
filter and bulb. Is there any other thing yall can think? I plan on
replacing all these items tomarrow and just want to know if anyone else
has ever experienced these issues. Thanks for yalls help in advance and
sorry for such a long post.

Clean the reed valves, you have a fuel delivery problem still.
