She likes it much better. So do I. Gotta give her credit.

I'm looking hard at this one...

Beautiful gun. You could take on an armored division with it. Why a
.357?

John (Gun Nut) H.

.357 gives you a performance advantage over the .45 and 9mm.
10mm/.40 closed that gap.

A performance advantage? Funny stuff.

Shot a "10" one afternoon at the range. Just bloody awful. Don't like
.40 S&W much, either. Do like the .357 mag in an S&W 27-2.

The 10mm can get you over 600 ft/lbs ME as will a .357
The 9mm, even in the +P loads are almost half that at around 360 and
the .45 +P squeaks out close to 500.

There used to be a big advantage in the bullets you could use in a
wheel gun but these days they have high performance bullets for SAs so
it just gets down to what you can load in the case and what SAAMI will
bless.

Wow...I could knock those empty sodapop cans over with more force!

What advantage does your 45 have over the 9s that you had so lovingly
tweaked, and bragged about frequently.
