John was speculating on me needing ideas on what gun was best to protect my boat. He was recommending the one he has for sale.


I just responded that none was needed.






It's easy to be in the gun selling business in Virginia. I'll bet he is

selling or trying to sell that SIG, and probably for the reasons I

stated several months ago.


I do recall you talking about 'trigger pull'.



Was that it? Trigger pull? Yeah, I'm not a fan of the triggers on double
action semi-autos. I don't know anyone who shoots competitively with a
trigger like that who hasn't spent a few hundred bucks to a grand on
trigger work.
