When is a statement trying to console parents sworn testimony. He

Just as much as Treyvon's past has nothing to do with "the elements" of
the case.

It certainly goes to whether Trayvonn was the agressor. Maybe he was
taking out his frustration that the last guy he brags about beating
up" didn't bleed "nuff" on Zimmerman
It was the same punch in the nose, then followed by beating his head
on the concrete, demonstrated by pictures from the scene.

Oh, man.... Okay, please show what evidence you have that Martin punched
and beat his head into the concrete. The KNOWN LIAR'S statement? The
physical evidence? Simply stupid to come to a conclusion using those. 1.
Zimmerman is a KNOWN liar, and KNOWN to be prone to violence. 2. Do you
not think that when confronted in the dark by an assailant that Martin
shouldn't have defended himself? See, two perfectly plausible things
that blows your theory (or should I say FOX interpretation) of the
events.

On the other hand Martin is emerging as the violent drug dealing, gun
dealing thief Zimmerman suspected and who likes to beat on people.
The serial number is visible on that picture of the gun he was
selling. What do you want to bet, it is stolen? We still have not
heard from the Miami cops. I bet they know mr Martin a lot better than
we have heard about.

What kind of gun control law stops a thief like Martin from stealing a
gun. Obviously the law against him even having one didn't work.

No guns = no gun thefts.
