I am not exactly sure what you are implying. It sounds like you
are
saying that your mom helped institute a policy that all but
guarantees a
HS diploma, regardless of academic achievement or qualification. Is
that
what you are saying?



Wow, I think you are channeling loogie but I will spell it out for
you.
Schools can in fact teach the students without 40 plus hours of
homework
a semester. Our system has been doing that for over 50 years and our
system is constantly among the highest rated educations in the
state...

You've changed your wording. First it was " our town is a high rated
