You were not exposed and you had the ability to retreat. That is the
test in Md. You can't "stand your ground"

My truck windows were open, and you have no idea whether I had the
ability to retreat safely. In any event, he was arrested, tried,
convicted and sentenced to 20 years. His girlfriend copped a plea and
got a much lesser sentence, but I don't recall what it was. His other
partner was also sent to the slammer.

HOLY ****!!! Twenty years for attacking a wall with a rolled up
newspaper! Total bull****, even if he had a crowbar, which the
imaginary perp, did not have... LOL! And the "accomplice" too, AND the

Twenty years for perpetrating more than 100 home burglaries and for
being in the drug trade, moron.
