General

Centerboard keel with outboard rudder and deck stepped mast. She is
outboard powered with a 1996, Yamaha 9.9 hp, 4 stroke engine and the whole
rig is trailerable. There is 5'6" headroom in the main salon which has a
bulkhead stowed dining table plus port and starboard settees and a
quarterberth. The head compartment is fully enclosed with a hanging locker
opposite. Boat needs T.L.C. and some refurbishing,but is a good candidate
for an entry level sailboater, weekender for a young family or retiree and
is still a popular boat for experienced sailors.

24" single lifeline/rails, textured non skid deck, manual pressurized cold
water system, extruded aluminum mast and boom, sails are 5 years old and are
in good condition, consisting of Dacron running rigging, Dacron mainsail ,
Dacron Genoa on roller furling, good standing and running rigging. Custom
canvas bimini top. Nearly new custom teak and lexan hatch doors (5 years
old). New hull inner liner fabric from Pacific Seacraft
