wasn't at the shore but friends who have a beach house sent us a
picture of the boat in its slip. not too many launched yet...hoping to
get there next weekend if the weather holds. this spring has truly
sucked so far.
Does your marina launch for you?
I will be getting mine in the water sometime this week. Hopefully. Today may be a good day, but it's
a little on the cool side - low 50's, to get my wife out on the Potomac for a joyride.

The snowbirds are going home so we might actually stick our nose out
of the mangroves today.
It has been boat city around here all winter. I don't think I have
ever seen this many boats on the water. The recession must be over.
I got in the pool last week too. It must be summer.

From what I've been seeing in the weather reports, we have reached the
cross over point where it is now warmer in south Florida than it is in
the Caribbean. It is very windy here in Antigua but the temps are
quite comfortable. We came 75 miles south from St Barth's yesterday
and it was blowing 20 to 25 kts out of the east with big gnarly seas
in the 6 to 10 ft range - quite a rough ride and we were glad when it
was over.
